Q. What does the Business Online Banking upgrade mean to you?

A.

With many new system features and a refreshed look, this new platform will improve your online experience and make the day-to-day management of your business easier and more secure.  And, this new platform better positions us to deliver valuable enhancements in the very near future.  We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to provide your business with the bright ideas and clear solutions through this investment in new technology.

 

Q. Why change?

A.

While our current system provides necessary security and functionality for our business customers, this upgrade will provide both our small business and commercial customers enhanced functionality, self-service options, and fraud protection features.

 

Q. What are the primary benefits of the upgrade for me?

A.

You will continue to be able to do all of the same transactions you do today.  And, here are just a few of the capabilities that your new Business Online Banking solution will provide:

  • Real-time transactions
  • Enhanced reporting
  • QuickBooks™ download feature
  • Improved management of users and their permission levels for more control
  • Viewable images of deposited items
  • Enhanced security and fraud monitoring
  • Coming in 2017 – business mobile banking!

Q. When will this upgrade happen?

A.

Wednesday, November 2, 2016 through Friday, November 11, 2016,  Sun National Bank will offer a preview period for our business customers being converted to the newly-enhanced system. During this period, you will have the ability to navigate basic functionality of the new system in order to familiarize yourself with the expanded features, as well as establish company sub-users and their entitlements.

 

Q. Will my service be interrupted?

A.

At 11:59 pm on Friday, November 11, 2016, Sun National Bank’s existing online banking system will go to view only mode. The preview period will end at 3pm as we convert business and commercial customers to our enhanced online banking system.

 

Q. When will I be able to log back on?

A.

The new Sun National Bank Business Online Banking system will be available at 8:30 am on Monday, November 14, 2016. At that time, you will use your existing Username and a provided temporary password for the initial sign on to the new commercial online banking system, and then be prompted to create a new password if you did not do so during the preview period.

 

Q. What about my access to online banking?

A.

During the online banking conversion, you can access the current online banking system in view only mode.

 

Q. How will this affect my business accounts?

A.

Access to your business accounts will be removed from the current business or commercial online banking system.  You will now access your business accounts in the new Sun National Bank Business Online Banking.  During the ‘preview period’ you will have an opportunity to verify that all accounts are accessible, validate or recreate templates and transfers, and setup access for your authorized users.

 

Q. Will my previous account information still be accessible?

A.

Account history, electronic bank account statements for the previous 12 months, and bill pay information will transfer to the new system.  Stay tuned for more details on account and transaction information.

 

Q. What about my scheduled bill payments?

A.

All bill pay activity scheduled through Tuesday, November 8, 2016 will take place as normal.  You will find more information in the resource guide on how to schedule bill payment activity in the new system on November 14, 2016.

 

Q. What about my access to Cash Management Services?

A.

If your current Cash Management agreement includes access to ACH, Wire, and Positive Pay functionality, all of those services will be available in the new system. While processing in the new system may be slightly different, we are confident you will find that the new system provides greater commercial functionality, is easy to navigate, and processes your transactions efficiently.

 

Q. Will I have support for setting up transactions in the new system?

A.

During the week prior to conversion, our online banking support team will be available to discuss re-creating templates/transactions in the new system and offer assistance to our customers with initial transactions in the new system.
